Claire co-owns the business. Her main area of expertise is dilapidations work for both landlords and tenants. Claire's approach is to assess everything realistically and provide pragmatic advice to enable claims to be settled fairly, in accordance with each party’s obligations. Claire has over 25 years’ experience, leads our dilapidations service and acts as an expert witness.
